Meet Heathar

My path into healing began early. When I was 15, my grandmother became very sick with cancer and passed away. Watching someone I loved suffer so deeply changed the direction of my life. It sparked a question that has guided me ever since: What actually helps people heal?

Since then, I’ve spent decades studying different traditions of medicine and healing. My training includes Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Qi Gong, Radionics, Nutrition, Quantum Movement, healing through sunlight and the natural world, and a Master’s degree in Homeopathic Medicine. But beyond formal study, much of my understanding has come through lived experience.

Like many people searching for better health, I’ve tried nearly every dietary approach you can imagine—from keto to vegetarianism and many things in between. I know what it feels like to chase answers, to experiment, to feel confused by conflicting advice, and to keep looking anyway.

Over time, my work has become less about rigid systems and more about returning to what truly supports the body: nourishing food, metabolic stability, time outdoors, sunlight, movement, and connection to the natural rhythms of life.

Everything I teach comes from both study and experience—from 18+ years of working with people and walking this path myself. My hope is that this course helps simplify what has become unnecessarily complicated, and gives you the knowledge and confidence to nourish yourself well.
