Cooking from the land.
Healing through food.
At Eat Heal Farm, food begins in the soil and comes alive in the kitchen.
We teach the art of slow, seasonal cooking — grounded in nourishment, connection, and the rhythms of our land here in Northern New Mexico.
Cook with Heathar
Join Heathar in her farmhouse kitchen for an immersion cooking retreat. Celebrate local, organic ingredients, traditional methods, and the joy of cooking with what’s in season.
Every season brings new lessons — in the garden, with the animals, and at the stove. Visit Eat Heal Farm on Substack for recipes, essays, and glimpses into a day in the life on the farm with Heathar, her wife, their four Jersey cows, countless chickens, and six feral cats.
Stories from the farm kitchen.
Where food, healing, and the land meet
Heathar runs a grass-fed micro dairy with her wife in Northern New Mexico. Their farm, Ojo Conejo, is a small, working homestead where food is grown, gathered, and shared around the table.
Here, cooking is more than a recipe — it’s a way of life.
We believe that good food, raised with care and prepared with intention, has the power to restore both body and spirit.
